The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow

Ok....so I am not Annie...but I am JANNIE! And wanted to let you all know that I am feeling much better today. My arm still hurts -- but I am calmer and not so antsy about stuff. For those of you that prayed for me -- thank you so much. Sorry to give everyone a scare. I think the lesson learned is that dealing with the day to day "stuff" that comes our way is really important--cause it will just pile up and jump up and bite you in the butt at the worst time possible otherwise. *sigh* None of us like feeling weak or helpless and that was at the bottom of it all for me...I felt so helpless to make things better for Royce... The good news is that I am NOT really responsible for making things better for him...all of that rests in God's hands. I have placed it all back in the hands of God -- and that lifts a huge burden from my shoulders. I just am going to have to remember to NOT pick it up again. Easily said...harder to do -- especially when you love someone -- you just want to make it better for them. Again, thanks to my friends for your love and support. I am so grateful to have you in my life. Have a great weekend.

  1. I'm glad you're feeling better. You worried me!!!

Our business is in God's hands right now too. Actually this month was our best month to date so we believe things are turning around but it has been scary. Aren't we blessed to have God to lean on and turn to? He will work it out for Royce. I know it.

    Love you!

  3. Hey Jann,

So glad that you are doing better. I think it is awesome that you have placed everything back in God's hands. I know that is something I am really learning right now. Especially being back in school with 2 classes. Working fulltime and 3 jobs. Being married, having a home, and a dog. It is overwhelming to say the least. Plus I just got the total 839 posts I have had to read, look at, and respond to at least some in some fashion, but I have had to read them all and start some of my own plus all the other school stuff that goes along with it.

So glad to see you tonite!

P.S. please pray for us as we are seeking God's will on going on a mission trip this summer to Puerto Rico with the youth group. It would mean missing 6 hours of classes I need to take, putting me a semester behind. I know God can and will provide for the trip, but finances are a concern. Thanks!

    Later,
    Josh
